Move Out Cleaning
We clean provide a detailed cleaning of bathrooms, kitchens (including inside and outsides of all appliances), all floors inside the house, ceiling fans and lights, windows, window tracks and more. We clean to ensure the new homeowner has a pleasant start living in their new home! This cleaning service is designed to eliminate any messes left behind by previous owners to allow the new owners to move into a home that is as close to new as possible.
Pre-Listing Cleaning
Our Pre-listing cleaning is generally booked by real estate agents, developers and owners looking to list a home for sale. This service is ideal for booking before listing photos are taken and/or before showings with potential buyers. Our team ensures the home looks clean, organized and presentable to the potential new home owners. We also ensure our cleaning products leave behind a pleasant scent and try our best to rid the home of existing odours.
Post Construction Cleaning
We provide very thorough and detailed post-construction and post-renovation cleaning for all types of buildings. We've gained the trust of all of our existing customers by proving out ability to clean without causing any damage to their newly build and newly renovated properties. We are generally the last ones to work on a property before its handed over to the final owners or tenants and work with a-lot of care and caution to not scratch, dent or discolour anything during cleaning.
Regular Home Cleaning
We clean homes all over the lower mainland for a one-time deep cleaning or regular ongoing cleaning. Our on-going cleaning can be set up on a weekly, bi-weekly or monthly basis. Our regular home cleaning customers book on an ongoing basis as they choose. We do not lock our customers into a contract - rather, we are happy to come in and clean on an ongoing basis only because our customers love our cleaning methods, processes and the end result.
Power Washing & Soft Washing
Over time, dirt and grime can build up on surfaces, causing them to look dull and fade. power washing uses high-pressure water to remove stubborn dirt and grime, restoring surfaces to their original condition. In addition to making surfaces look like new, power washing can also extend the life of paints and coatings by removing particles that can cause them to break down over time. power washing is a cost-effective way to keep your property looking its best. We also provide soft-washing surfaces particularly for windows to ensure water does not enter the property and no damage is caused to window areas.
